I am always looking for ways of making early modern texts exciting and relevant to my students. In my SPN 312 Early Modern Women Writers courses (Fall 2018) students had to produce a video in which they discussed a text or author making a case for its continued relevance today. Three of my students presented their videos at the Undergraduate Research Symposium at Grinnell College this April 2019 in a panel titled Public Engagement via Digital Storytelling in the Early Modern Spanish Classroom.
